A Study On Evolution Of Small And Medium Private Enterprise Based On The Resource And Dynamic Environment

Facing with the future market competition, it is really a tough problem for private enterprise how to deal with the opportunity and challenges of the dynamic environment and ensure the company's sustainable and healthy development. Based on the objective investigation and reasonable thinking to small and medium private enterprise, this thesis analyze the features of small and medium private enterprise's resource structure, core capability and common vision from the enterprise subject view combining with newest study of enterprise evolution theory and scientific development. Moreover it probed into the mechanism of outside environment based on five force model and three-dimension definition of environment and expound main content and analysis model of private enterprise strategy change from the strategy perspective. Then put forward the evolution pattern and countermeasures for small and medium private enterprise. Finally, it discussed the main problems of the evolution process and some needed countermeasures through the concrete case study.This study focuses on the difficult problems during the process of small and medium private enterprise evolution, and the research method is innovative. That is our expectation this study can provide reference for small and medium private enterprise competition, strategy making and the sustainable and healthy development.
