Research Of Chaotic Dynamic Evolution Mechanism Of The Enterprise

Thesis has broken the old method for studying of the evolution of corporate power, fromthe chaotic perspective to study the evolution power, on the predecessors “shoulders”. Firstly,the article analyzes internal factors of the enterprise systems, drawing the complexity andchaos of the enterprise systems of the internal and external through a multi-channel、multi-loop network of mutually reinforcing relationship, And through the logistic equationanalysis tools for enterprise systems chaotic to judge. Secondly, due to the complexity ofenterprise systems, as well as the diversity of its internal elements, macroscopic amount of theinternal state of the enterprise system caused by fluctuations of deviation from its mean valueoccurred. This paper analyzing the role of fluctuations of chaotic evolution of the enterprise,comes to that fluctuation is the power source of the enterprises chaotic evolution. Enterprisesystem has giant Fluctuations and micro Fluctuations, when the micro fluctuation Lower thanthe critical value, the system will return to the initial state, but when the critical value isexceeded, the system is far from equilibrium, which causes the system to become unstableand rises to a large number of branch structure, that is bifurcation, so that the system enters achaotic state.Chapter III of the article has analyzed the micro-fluctuation amplification by using theprinciple of the butterfly effectiveness, which plays the role of promoting the chaoticevolution of enterprise. Attractor is the chaotic evolution direction. The article introduces indetail formation and driving principle of the attractor in Chapter VI. Article introduce themathematical model-based on the level of satisfaction among stakeholders iterativealgorithm for multi-objective group decision-making problems, determine the attractor of thecorporate evolution. And on the basis of the formation of the attractor, the article analysis therole of the attractor positive feedback and negative feedback, in the process of the enterprisechaotic evolution. Finally, creates a protection mechanism from two angles (the power sourceand attract sub-cultivation) of the enterprise chaotic evolution of power.
