Research Of Planning Method Of Mechanical And Electrical Products Based On Customer Demand

With the market competition increasingly fierce, the user needs of the product is more and more different and characteristic. Exploring the needs of user and carrying out product innovation design under the particular needs is one of the hottest issues in the field of product design. This article attempts to integrated modern methods and explores an effective method of mechanical and electrical products' innovation design.This article does a deep study in the research method of user needs, the establishment of the user needs model, the function-structure design meeting the needs of user, the analysis of the examples' style, the method of new product planning under the examples and the user needs. This article carries out research in the following aspects and has achieved some success.(1)This article has finished the questionnaire through the KJ theory, has done the component analysis and cluster analysis on the Sample survey data with SPSS, and has gotten the similar crowd and their main demand, established the user needs model. This article also explores the method of different user needs model.(2)This article has mapped user needs into product features through FAST theory, and has designed the product function-structure plan with function analysis theory. And here we take the electric bicycle design as an example, describe the methodology applied process and confirm the validity of itself.(3)This article has applied image scale method (that is SD theory) to analysis the existing style of electric vehicles, and has gotten products of the examples closer to the user needs, and has also evaluated it on the base of the user needs through the SD theory.In short, the method and programs of exploring the user needs and designing the mechanical and electrical products meeting the needs of users is the main purpose of this article. The next further study is to make the process automatic through computer technology.
