Study On Land Consolidation Planning In Shaanxi Baihe

Land is the most important resource for human. It is impossible live and produce without land. At this moment, as the fast development of economy and society in China, farmland is decreasing dramatically. Chinese government has to put farmland protection in the first place. Land consolidation is the main method to keeping farmland dynamic balance and food supplies security.Land consolidation is not only the farmland's increasing on quantity. In this thesis, the main objective of land consolidation project design is integrated benefit, which includes economic benefit, ecologic benefit, social benefit and sight benefit. According to the land utilization perspective, the ecologic factor is the main limitation of land resource utilization. It is the base and precondition of land consolidation in pursuit of ecologic benefit and sight benefit. Since the land user perspective, the social factor becomes the decisive factor of land utilization. And social benefit is the essential objective of land consolidation. At last, it is important content in pursuit economic benefit of land consolidation. So the aim of land consolidation is not only economic benefit, but also ecologic balance and social acceptance.
