Plan And Design Of Land Consolidation In Suntiepu Town In Guangshan County

The population growth and economic development in China have result in a sharp decrease of the per capita arable land area, which has become a seriously threat to the food security in our country. In this case, land consolidation, which aims at increasing the area of arable land, improving the quality of arable land and promoting the sustainable use of land resources, has been paid increasing attention. Single land consolidation projects as a vector of Land Consolidation development, has been conducted for nearly a decade in China Since land consolidation is a remarkably complex project as well as a theoretical and highly technical work, it has to be supported by modern theories and techniques. To establish and improve land consolidation project planning and other related theoretical system is now becoming the urgent need Land of consolidation planning's further scientific, standardized.This thesis took Suntiepu town in Guangshan County as an example, using methods such as summarized analysis, qualitative and quantitative method of combining and multidisciplinary analysis to do some research on the land consolidation planning and Designing. Also, summarized some useful suggests and important inspirations after comprehensively studying the history and status quo of the development of land consolidation. It analyzed the reasons and significance of conducting Land Consolidation bases on the contradictions between people and lands, land-use status as well as food security. The thesis summarized the effect of land consolidation as well as some problems, it studied the relationship between land consolidation and related planning as well as related disciplines theories, which have been used to do integrated planning in the land consolidation project area in Suntiepu town. After analyzing the basic status of project area, the land leveling, irrigation program were rationally planned and preferentially conducted. Also, the potential social, ecological, economic benefits of this area had been analyzed. This gives a powerful proof of the great importance of land consolidation. According to the land consolidation related theories and current situation of China's land consolidation, With the Planning and designing condition of the area, we can conclude that the trends of land consolidation and planning are conducting sustainable land consolidation, basic farmland land combined land consolidation and realizing the industry management of land consolidation. These are also the trends of the land consolidation researches in the future.
