Rearch On Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Land Consolidation

Land consolidation not only contributes to total arable land dynamic balance, but also the agricultural production condition, and then agricultural comprehensives production capability and modern agriculture. Additionally, it is also benefit for the improvement of the environment in the country and the enhancement of the people's life quality. It is the basement of the rural economy development and the construction of new socialist countryside. Take the land consolidation program in Fangdu, Lianshui County for example, based on the investigation of land use status, the potential of arable land consolidation was analyzed and thus the use suitability of land was evaluated. According to the plan principle of land consolidation, the plan was established. The feasibility of the program was analyzed, especially the comprehensive benefit, the results were as follows:1. It increased by 11.22% of arable land, about 215.97 ha through the consolidation of the pond, the farmland irrigation works, wasteland and graveyard. According to the condition of soil, farmland basical instrument and the social and economical factors, the comprehensive evaluation to the land cell was done. It showed that all the land were suitable for the growth of rice and wheat.2. According to the irrigation ensure standard of 90% and electing the typical year for the calculation of crop water demand, the water balance was analysis. The results indicated that the requirement of the water in the region was 1261.7×10~4 m~3,while the supply capability of the water is 1500×10~4 m~3, and it can meet the needs.3. The land use structure was readjusted after the land consolidation. The arable land area was increased a lot and garden plot area a little. The original pond was changed to the piscina. The graveyard area, the land area occupied by the use of farmland irrigation and road was reduced. It became more suitable after the consolidation. It had been 1349.99 ha arable land in the program region, while 1565.96 ha after the program.4. It got great social and ecological benefit besides the economical benefit. The comprehensive analysis on the economical, social and ecological benefits showed that there was a little improvement for the agricultural economy. The ecological benefit was improved greatly. The comprehensive evaluation grade was bad while better level after the consolidation. To sum up, the comprehensive benefit can enhance, from the bad level to the better level.
