Study On The Planning Of Regional Logistics System Based On Freight Hub

In recent years, our country's logistics infrastructure construction has experienced a swift development, but there still existed some prominent questions , mainly manifested in the understanding and using between logistics infrastructure and transportation infrastructure. At the early time, freight hub's construction are few to the logistics consideration and the function to be unitary, and does not have the value-added service function, so it cannot satisfy the social economy and the modern logistics development, so causing in the modern logistics development, the freight hub is even abandoned in outside the logistics development category, appeared the peripherization tendency. But the developed country's logistics development practice has proved that the freight hub's planning and construction settled the good material base for traditional transportation transformed to modernization transportation system which can provides the omni-directional transportation service, meantime, for freight hub and logistics hub were extremely similar in aspects on business scope, function, management operation, so it has the condition and the superiority to transformed to the region logistics hub. At the same time,《The Outline of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan》explicit expressed that the conformity of logistics infrastructure resources, the construction of large-scale logistics hub, the development of regional logistics center already became our country to solve a series of question which met in the logistics development domain. In this situation, the paper proposed to take the freight hub as the base to develop logistics function, then conformity existing logistics resource, in order to constructs the region logistics system which is based on freight hub, thus promotes the logistics' healthy development. After proposed this idea, the paper has further researched the necessity and the feasibility of the regional logistics system based on freight hub's construction, then through a system analysis to the regional logistics system based on freight hub, the paper proposed the system network construction model, the network planning model and the concrete method, the node hierarchical structure model and the node selected location method and the scale determination method, and further proposed the information platform model and the implementation plan for the regional logistics system based on freight hub. At last, the paper applied the planning method to the regional logistics system planning of Shaanxi Province, and make up for the Shaanxi Province's regional logistics network system. Looks over the entire paper, the entire planning system come from the paper is relative perfect, the planning method has the strong feasibility and the usability, the paper has achieved the research initial goal completely.
