This paper introduces the procedures and contents of regional logistics planning, analyzes the development of logistics evaluation indexes system, establishes a systematical evaluation indexes system which be expected to quantitative reflect reasonable states and social effects. The main content of the paper is as follows:1. This paper introduces the relative concepts of regional logistics, methods of how to divide a region into pieces, the logistics region division's situations of our country, and presents a definition of regional logistics planning.2. With the practice in our research group, this paper determines a set of procedures and main contents of regional logistics planning, summarizes the tasks and methods of every stage in planning, presents some problems should be paid attention to in planning process.3. Based on summarize of the researchful actuality of logistics evaluation indexes system, according to principles and requirements of regional logistics planning, this paper selects the different evaluation indexes from logistics demand, logistics resource, logistics performance, establishes a evaluation indexes system of regional logistics planning.4. Within the evaluation process, this paper utilizes Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate the regional logistics planning project in Jingyang district, Deyang city.5. Finally, this paper summarizes the jobs and weak points above, and lists the problems should to be solved in the future.
