Study On Tendering Strategy Of Engineering Construction Project

The thesis is focused on the study of project tendering for the engineering construction. From the owner's perspective, this thesis will helps owner on the selection for the best bidder to prevent any unfair competition and leads the success of the bidding. On the other hand, it keeps away any traps in the bidding which lower the risk and make much possibility to win the project from the bidder's point of view. It makes the maximization of the profit.This thesis had build a system of Engineering construction project tendering with the combine of ancient idea in politics, military affairs and present working experience on the project bidding. It had made a deep analysis and detailed demonstration on the problems we have met in the current construction project tendering field, which leads the most reasonable usage of the strategy to the bidder and prevent the malfeasant activity in bidding states to promote the upgrade of construction project tendering.The creations of this paper are as fellows:(1) A system of Engineering construction project tendering with the combine of ancient idea in politics, military affairs and present working experience on the project bidding is established.(2) A general idea of the green and grey tendering strategy are created, and their key features and applications are pointed out.(3) A method on judging whether construction bid price going below construction cost by varied Structure artificial neural network are pointed out.(4) A profit maximizing model of unbalanced offering strategy is established and its three maneuvers bidders may often take are summarized. Its identifying method and preventive countermeasures are also proposed.(5) The mechanism of why the bidder will choose the colluding bidding in bargaining of construction market are analyzed and the mode of selecting bidding odds and maximizing model of colluding bidders is established.
