Based on this actual condition, our government has attached greatimportance to the development of Green Housing and a series of policies andsuggestions have been raised, advocating the strategy of sustainable development as thecore to add the proportion of green housing in housing construction and promote thehousing construction quality, so that the Housing Industry would follow the route ofsustainable development. Therefore, it has become the necessary condition forpopularizes and develops green housing to complete a set of standard, applicable andfeasible Evaluation standard for green residence.This article, on the account of the influence on environment by domestic housingconstruction, has firstly introduced the development progress of green housingassessment worldwide and analyzed the development status and existing problems ofgreen housing in our nation.Secondly, having investigated and studied various of sustainable developmentassessment model of Construction Industry in both domestic and overseas and discussedthe intension and extension of Green Housing, this article has come up with GreenHousing Assessment Conception Model which based on the full life cycle, According tolocal conditions, Sustainable development concept. This model shall conduct the overallevaluation on the Housing life cycle under the direction of “Evaluation standard forgreen building” to establish the Green Housing Assessment Criteria System and descript new added factors and main content of green housing.Finally, on basis of this evaluation model, this article has adopted the AHP as thedecision-making way to determine the weight of Green Housing Assessment Criteria bythe software yaahp and used the Gray System to appraise the housing condition, to beproceed, it has discussed the method of using gray model to evaluate green housing indetail. A living example has been provided for the mock assessment of house and theassessment result would be analyzed while the necessary improve measure would alsobe raised.
