Based On Green GDP’s Forestry Industrial Structure Evolution Analysis And The Optimization Countermeasures In The Daxing’ Anling Region

The development of forestry industry is the important guarantee for the harmonious development of human, nature and society. At present, the forest region in the Daxing’anling is one of the largest natural forest areas in our country. Under the circumstance of extensive development mode which consumes forest resources for price, the forest resources are facing the danger of depletion. Though it has developed from a single timber production methods to the direction of diversification and development of emerging industries, the forestry industrial structure is not scientific and reasonable enough. So it can’t adapt to the needs of the the current and future development of national economy. So with research the green GDP accounting, the dynamic evolution process of the forestry industrial structure in the Daxing’anling area can promote forestry resource of the Daxing’ anling region allocation more reasonable. Upgrading the forestry industry of the Daxing’ anling region as a whole can promote the sustainable development of forestry of China.This paper begins with the research of the forestry industry in the Daxing’anling area. Firstly, it analyses the current situation of forestry resources and the forestry industrial structure in Daxing’ anling region, and uses the numerical analysis method to account the green GDP. From the perspective of green GDP, using grey correlation analysis,with the research of the green GDP accounting,to analyse the dynamic evolution process among and within the forestry industries, and to get inter-tertiary industry and intra-tertiary industry internal relations and mutual influence in different evolution stages.To find out the industries which have the closest relations with the green GDP from forestry Tertiary industries, in order to promote the sustainable development of forestry industry in the Daxing’anling region.Secondly, according to the master data from forestry Tertiary industries, using the grey system prediction method,in the time period before the due date of "Tianbao" project phase ii, to forecast production value and the industrial structures of forestry Tertiary industries, to grasp the development trend of forestry industrial structure in the Daxing’ anling region, so as to determine whether the development of forestry industry is sustainable. Finally, gray development decision model is used to sort future priority to the development forestry industries in the Daxing’ anling region, to offer the decision basis of priority to the development of forestry industry in the Daxing’ anling region. On this basis, to offer proposals to building the advantage industry of forestry in the Daxing’ anling area, and reasonable industrial structure optimization scheme is put forward as well. The research for the forestry industrial structure of the Daxing’ anling region and forecasting for its development direction are necessary, practical and feasible. This paper analyses the existing problems of the forestry industrial structure in the Daxing’anling region, presents targeted optimization countermeasures, and provides ideas for the forestry industrial structure adjustment in the Daxing’anling region. Applying green GDP accounting into rationality and sustainability evaluation of forestry industrial structure is advantageous to enriching the forestry industry structure analysis methods, promotes forestry resource configuration optimization in the Daxing’anling area. What should be done is updating the concepts on the future development of forest industry, adjusting forestry industrial structure and layout, consummating the policy of forestry industrial, establishing innovation system of the forestry, invigorating the forestry industry through science, technology and education, expanding the opening to the outside of forestry, implementing classification management, promoting the construction of forestry ecological system and the system of forestry industry system, improving the comprehensive development of forestry and realizing the efficient utilization of forest resources and forestry industrialization.
