With the change of economy and development of society, the idea of personnel resources has changed significantly. It has been changed from a traditional controlling method to an important management method. As a large-scale state-owned oil company, we must pay attention to the management and development of the personnel resources in order to keep up with the development of the economy. We should establish a personnel system to fit with the enterprise's reform and development. But how to establish a personnel system is a problem. We must establish a scientific and efficient test and salary system, so the company's inspiration system can full fill its effects.Taking the oilfield enterprise as the research object, taking the motivate theories as the foundation stone, taking the oilfield enterprise's personnel drove management as the main line, using K-means clustering, the paper carry on the more systematic analysis appraisal on the oilfield enterprise's personnel drove potency. First, taking the motivate theories and implementation of motivate in the oilfield enterprise as the starting point, the author make a set of simple and effective motivation index system. This system mainly includes three second-level index, such as: internal motivation target; external motivation target and the competitive motivation target. Then, using K-means clustering to determine the principal components which have impacts on the motivation of various persons in the oilfield enterprise, and adopt formulas to draw out the rank of the motivation efficacy in the oilfield enterprise. Finally, unifying this research result of K-means clustering and the advantage and disadvantage of the Daqing oilfield enterprise compared with other oilfield enterprises, the author summarizes the characteristics about personnel motivation in Daqing oilfield enterprise, and propose available remedy to the personnel motivation which addresses the managers, business managers, professional technician and first-line operators in the oilfield enterprise.
