The R&D personnel of High and new technology enterprise is an important human capital, is the object of modern human resource management needs to focus on R&D personnel are the main participants of enterprise innovation activities, represent the competitiveness of enterprises, is the core element that determines the sustainable development of high and new technology enterprises. The characteristics of R&D staff and R&D work determines the particularity of R&D personnel management mode. For enterprises, establish a set of scientific and perfect management system, constantly motivate R&D staff actively participate in innovation activities, to always maintain the technological strength advantage in the future market competition.VIA Technologies(China) Co., Ltd. is a non crystal semiconductor high-tech enterprises,the main R&D chipset processors and storage products. With the development of enterprises,enterprises continue to grow, but at present the enterprise benefit is poor, the emergence of a serious loss of R&D personnel, staff enthusiasm not higher question. Only enterprises strengthen the R&D personnel incentive,solve the existing problems of the company in order to effectively. Firstly combing the theory of motivation, elaborates the background and significance of research and development personnel incentive R&D personnel satisfaction,understanding of the current incentive measures by way of a questionnaire survey. According to the questionnaire results, in-depth analysis of enterprise problems, related to the use of incentive theory, design a feasible incentive measures, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new incentive measures, put forward a series of security measures.Thus solution of enterprise incentive measures of the problem of low satisfaction of R&D personnel, thoroughly stimulate staffs work enthusiasm,improve work efficiency.
