Study Of The Spatial Distribution And Formation Mechanism Of Hangzhou Commercial Recreational Street

Accompanied by socio-economic development and the improvement of people's quality of life, combining recreation and business to form commercial recreation street has become the characteristics and "selling point" of a city to attract local residents and visitors. Further development and research of urban commercial recreational street, is of important theoretical value and practical significance to improve the urban industrial structure, and to constantly promote the city and its recreational function.On the basis of sorting researches on commercial recreational street at home and abroad, this paper clearly defines the category of commercial recreational street. Moreover, combining the practice of Hangzhou and according to different functions, the 18 Hangzhou commercial recreational streets are divided into three categories: industry-based, business-service-oriented and cultural- characterized.On this basis, the author finished large volume of data collection and field visits about the Hangzhou city space evolution and the 18 commercial recreational streets, and sorted the developing history of the Hangzhou commercial recreational street from the perspective of space evolution. Furthermore, within the framework of the overall layout of space "One Nuclear Two Wings", this paper analyzes the three general characteristics that respectively are the centralizing trend of traditional core region, highly in line with the development of modern service industry, consistent with the expansion of urban space. Hence, concludes the general law of space distribution "prominent center, point and axis radiation, promote in circles".Finally, through scientific interpretation of the key facts in the formation mechanism of the space distribution of Hangzhou commercial recreational street, including supply, demand, support, security and so on, this paper explores the ideas and proposals to optimize the space layout, and provides pertinent and practically effective suggestions and counter-measures for the orderly and steady development of Hangzhou commercial recreational street...
