When the Industry and commerce capital rent the land resources from Rural collective economic organizations, some enterprises rent large scale land with low rent, it is badly harm to the benefit of peasant whose land was rent. The rent which base on the value of production from the land in this year compare to high income from tourism lead the contradiction between the enterprises and Rural collective economic organizations, its also aroused academic community's attention. There is very important theoretical significance and practical significance, and perfect the land market order of agritourism, for establishing harmonious relationship among the all sides of agritourism.At fist this paper use the empirical research as the point of penetration, and analyze the main factors that influence the benefit distribution of agritourism base on the objectivity, subjectivity, system, and so on. And than it consider there are two reasons for benefit contradiction among the all sides of agritourim in view of the land economics, one is the misleading which caused by the marginal return of traditional land resources in low level for long time. Anther is the twisting of the resources price, which caused by the misshapen cognition system for the value of land resources. At same time, trough building the value system for land resources of marginal, crossing and composite agritourim, and analyze the change of connotation value during the course of traditional agriculture turn into agritourism, it draw a conclusion that the value of land resources have been broken through no matter on quality or quantity.Base on the above study, this paper apply the theory of appreciation of land value to analyze the reason for the appreciation of land resources of agritourism, and define peasant's benefits for deserve in terms of theory. It fond a solution for benefit distribution of Agritourism, by building the evaluation model and pricing model for the value of land resources in agritourism. And take Xiaoshan district Hangzhou city for example, apply the solution to this example, and try to realize the fair and reasonable allocation.In order to overcome the bad situation that peasant in low status in the order of real economy, it is a critical to establish equilibrium system for benefit distribution of agritourism and try to carry it out by the form of benefit distribution, following evaluation of resources market, increasing steps of examining and certification, searching for more ways to allocation the benefit, and with the channels of the legal, the supervision, the third party, the information and the interest articulation.
