Design And Realization Of Land Registration Information System Based On COMGIS

With the rapid development of economy and society, the change of land use is more and more frequent, and the operation task and operation range of the land department are expanding constantly. The primary management mode can't satisfy with the need of real time, efficient, canonical land registration management and land resource configuration. In order to deal with the land registration management task much better, it is necessary to build a suit of special land registration information system for land resource management, which using existent and mature technology of computer, database, spatial information, especially GIS.On the basis of analyzing the characteristic and need of land registration operation, and the existing problems of the system construction, the thesis brings forward a solution for land registration information system based on ComGIS. Then, the overall framework of the system is designed and the land registration database model which accords with practical application requirement is constructed. Finally, the land registration information system which based on ComGIS is developed, using a series components of ArcGIS (ArcGIS Engine and ArcSDE), large scale database SQL Server 2005, ADO.NET and VC#.NET programming language. The main research content of the thesis is depicted as follows.Firstly, the technology of workflow is introduced to the land registration process, according to the characteristic of land registration process and system requirements. Meanwhile, the seamless integration of workflow, GIS and OAS is studied, and the overall framework and function modules of the system are designed.Secondly, the land registration database model is established, and the combination of spatial data and attribute data is realized. The thesis focuses on the research of spatial data organization which based on ArcGIS Geodatabase, and the storage and management of spatial data and attribute data in large scale relational database management system (SQL Server 2005) together is accomplished. Thirdly, on the basis of the system overall framework and database model, the land registration information system is developed, using ArcGIS Engine, ArcSDE, VC#.NET, SQL Server 2005, ADO.NET and so on. The main functions of the system are introduced in detail in the thesis.
