Based Workflow E-government System Of Land And Natural Resources Research

The land-resource electronic government system (LREGS), which depends on the modern computer technology, is based on GIS and workflow. It is developed for meeting the requirement of Land-Resource administration combined with OA, MIS.The paper has described the situation of Land-Resource information system construction inside and outside the country at the very beginning. It has analyzed the detail of Land-Resource administration and discussed the standardized problem in process of Land-Resource administrating. It had studied designing idea of workflow and technical problems, especially the combination of LREGS & GIS. It has studied the design of workflow system applications in LREGS. It has set up the workflow model and realized step based on web and studied the design and realization of workflow information management system;It has analyzed the constructing method and technology of all kinds of module.The article has a deep research in application of workflow in the LREGS. It has set up a model of workflow and described the working steps of workflow. The standardized workflows based on the extensive investigation. It use experiences inside and outside the country in LREGS construction for reference. And then, the LREGS has combined creative workflow technology and MAPGIS technique. It is just for the purpose to supply the reference in LRMIS construction.The paper started at the integration of workflow and GIS. It analyzed the key point and situation among the OA, GIS and construction of LREGS. The problem of standardized workflow, workflow technology, settlement of MAPGIS in the workflow system designation, the integration of workflow and GIS, and the way of taking the workflow model into reality has been regarded as a key point in studying. At the same time, the workflow model based on WEB and steps of LREGS applications has been finished. According to the fact needs, It has designed and realized the cadastre map management system based on MAPGIS in the LREGS.Finally, the article has sum up the characteristic of the system and significance of LRMIS' construction and application. Meanwhile, the LREGS has to be improving day by day.
