Practice Of A Cooperative OA System Based On Workflow Management

With the coming of information era and the rapid advance of modern technology, especially with the progress of computer technology, communication technology and automation technology, people attach importance to the application of Office Automation(OA for short) gradually. OA is very important to improve the office quality and efficiency of the office or each department of the corporation, it can help to bring forward scientific and exact decision and also has a very important meaning to improve the management of managers and the competition of corporations. But there are some problems in the course of application, the main problems are information island, application island and resource island. Directly against these problems, this thesis put forward the scheme of cooperative office automation system based on the workflow technology.Firstly, the key technology in cooperative OA system are discussed in this thesis. Then the thesis analyze the process model, organization model and resource model by workflow technology.Secondly, by the example of the office automation system in Linhai Engineering Group, the architecture of a cooperative OA system is given out in this thesis. By using the workflow theory, this thesis gives the model and formalized presentation of document sending in office process, and puts forward the realization of process definition in document sending. In safe mechanism of the system, the security setting of system based on Domino is discussed.Finally, this thesis summarizes the work having been done, and prospects the development of OA system.
