In this paper, according to the theories and methods of modern project quality management, we study and analysis project quality management system in CR8EG comprehensively and meticulously. The paper also set up a better system of project quality management.The paper can be divided into 5 parts. We analysis the status of the quality of building construction project management in CR8EG... And the problems of its existing management system are pointed out in this paper. Especially, it specifies the importance of a few practices in the project quality management, such as choosing a good project manager, strengthening the seriousness of institution, building and improving the institution of personnel and post analysis and strengthening the quality realization of the staffs.Starting from the preparation of project quality plan,quality assurance,quality control, this paper takes the measure of theory and technology in modern project quality management. Also according to the reality of CR8EG and learning from the experience of enterprises in home and abroad, especially advanced management experience of the enterprises in the same industry, this paper redesigns the project quality management model for CR8EG.As for the design of management pattern, this paper research meticulously that how to perform well the management of construction technology, the management of construction methods and the management of construction elements as well. Also, the relationship between cost, security, period and quality is well studied in this paper with some views for dealing with them.Through comprehensive study and analysis, this paper puts forward some effective ways to improve the level of construction project quality management which is feasible in actual construction operations management.
