In recent years, the rapid development of China's market economy promote the construction industry to flourish, Construction and installation enterprises are facing good opportunities and challenges-competition among enterprise more and more intense, shift from price competition to non-price competition. So Quality of the project will affect the development of construction and installation enterprises. Although we has rich experience in quality control,we must to find a model suitable to us.This paper use the way of combinated theory to practical, Summarizing previous research results and analyzing existing results, researching on the project construction quality control. The main contents are as follows:First, detailed summarized situation of the domestic and international research on project quality management. Second, elaborated on the "quality planning, quality control, quality assurance" theory. Third, combinated the theory to Agricultural Bank building,the paper proposed a new conception:Planning ahead, meticulous organization, process control, one into the excellent". Finally, using the methods of cause and effect analysis, Pareto Law ABC to discuss the question of wall leak problems, demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the concept. It has some practical significance, hoping to provide useful help for construction enterprises.
