Countermeasures On Railway Freiht Transportation Rapidity In Central Cities

Logistics Center is a Public Service Center for movement of goods around, generally located in the geographical or regional economic circle center within medium-sized cities or transportation hubs, and the most concentrated area generating demands for freight transport. With the development of economy, the urbanization process and modern logistics, large and medium-sized urban area or the regional economic center has become more prominent.As an important part of the national economy, as the "main artery" of the national economy, the railway status in the backbone of the integrated transportation system. Fast freight in China is entering a period of rapid growth. Railway should be based on current market, combine with the development of speed railway, analysis the requirement of cargo capacity after completing passenger special line in the future, and has a transformation to fast freight.This paper is consisted of six chapters, the first chapter is the thesis introduction, analyzed the research background and the research situation of this field, and clarified the purpose of writing; the second chapter deliberated the development status and trends of the cargo market in central cities of China; the third chapter is the SWOT analysis of fast rail freight in central cities of China; the fourth chapter made related countermeasures for the development of fast rail freight, mainly from the rail transport network design, processes of fast rail freight design, transportation organizational form design of fast rail freight, management system and supporting measures for fast rail freight; the fifth chapter studied the countermeasures of fast rail freight for Harbin Hubs as a case. And the sixth chapter is the conclusion.
