Information secunty at our country's IT market is a rapidly developing area, it has a very broad coverage, including network security products, information security consulting, international information security standards, protection of national security and so on . Starting in 2005, ISO27001 for information security management system consulting, construction, certification in China has been a great deal of development, a large number of IT services company launched the consulting business.In the course of argument, first of all, the management of information security, ISO27001 standards are reviewed, respectively, on information security at the development of Chinese, ISO27001 standards of history. And according to IBM's introduction of the ISMS methodology of the implementation of project management ideas, such as the scope of ISMS project management, time, quality, resources, costs of program management and implementation of control management, project management in the "Dongguan Exit Inspection and Quarantine" project specific application to provide a theoretical foundation;Based on the "Exit Inspection and Quarantine Dongguan" ISMS consulting project construction, the project analyzed the issue of the status quo, pointing out that in the implementation of our project management of the project on the crux of the problem.
