The Application Of PDCA On The Quality Management Of Hon-Flex's Gamin Project

Hon Flex is a technology enterprise engaged in the research and development,design,manufacture and sale of flexible printed circuit board(FPC).The degree of customization for company's products is high;all are the projects of ordering production and delivery.With its domestic customers transform to the large international customers,customers also improve product technical requirement on the project,the company introduced a large number of foreign precision machinery and equipment,the degree of numerical control of flexible circuit board manufacturing equipment is higher and higher,how to greatly improve the quality of project product is the core issue of the company.This paper combined with the actual situation of project quality management,using the PDCA management cycle to improve the quality of the project products constantly:Firstly,it expounds the developing course of quality management both at home and abroad,then introduces the definition and the connotation of the project quality management,project quality planning,project quality assurance,project quality control and project quality cost,expounds the applying PDCA management cycle on the project quality management,detailed introduce the four stages of PDCA management cycle:P planning stage,D do stage,C check stage and A action stage.According to the four phases,there are eight steps to run:Step one,describe project quality problems;Step two,analyze project quality problems;Step three,confirm project quality problems cause;Step four,propose project quality improvement measures;Step five,implement project quality problem improvement measures;Step six,inspect the project quality problems improvement;Step seven,standardize project improvement method;Step eight,project quality improvement leftover problem and preventive measures.In view of the quality problems appeared in the process of project management after introducing Hon Flex's Gamin project,combining the theory of PDCA cycle,according to its implementation process and method,to improve Gamin project quality problems,in order to achieve the purpose of continuous improvement,make the company project quality management level rising to a new level.
