| Feed industry is based on feed production enterprise as the core,combined with its industrial chain of upstream and downstream,that is,farming and aquaculture industry and animal products processing,warehousing,retail trade,the market mechanism to form a closely integrated industry chain organizations. Feed industry is the people's livelihood,contact plant industry,aquaculture,livestock products processing,consumption,etc.General sex industry,but also agriculture and the rural economy the strategic restructuring of an important aspect.Vigorously develop the feed industry,feed Driven not only be able to plant crops and aquaculture development, the promotion of the agricultural structure adjustment and optimization, but also can promote the food processing, transformation and value-added and promoting secondary and tertiary industries in the development, improve overall efficiency of agriculture.Based on this, this study focused on analysis of Heilongjiang Province, the entire feed industry chain development of the status quo, set up feed industry competitiveness evaluation index system, through the calculated feed in Heilongjiang Province industrial competitiveness in the domestic as well as the status of province and feed the gap between to identify constraints in Heilongjiang Province feed the bottleneck of industrial development.To solve the problem,there is the feasibility of the proposed effective enhance industrial development in Heilongjiang Province feed solutions. Study is mainly divided into two major parts. The first part is the theoretical part, the main thesis of this writing the background, purpose, significance, and introduce the concept of animal feed industry, industrial competitiveness theory, provide a scientific basis for this article. This in part by the chapters I and II composition; practice are part of the second part. Analysis of Heilongjiang Province, the whole industry chain development of forage, feed, set up industrial competitiveness evaluation index system, by calculating the various provinces on the domestic feed industry competitiveness situation sorted,and finally to promote industrial development in Heilongjiang Province feed solutions. This study also adds a representative of Heilongjiang Province feed business investigation and research, through analysis of typical cases, and better feed industry in Heilongjiang Province to promote the great development.This study mainly uses the empirical analysis and normative analysis combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis method of combining the feed-related economic theory research, combined with the data obtained,the establishment of feed industry competitiveness evaluation index system.Creative results of this study are:Competitiveness Index System Innovation.
