It after becomes one of the important pillar industries of the national economy, and has continuously maintained the world second big feed producer country since 2000. The feed industry was deciding the animal husbandry development future, is closely linked with the national economy and the lives of the people, and has made the significant contribution. for promoting our country animal husbandry to continue the stable development, to safeguard the improvement of the standard of living, to rich vegetable basket . To development feed industry has remarkable economic efficiency and the social efficiency. Along with our country joining the World Trade Organization, the Chinese feed industry is to the internationalization development, the feed industry opening to the outside world has also become the inevitable trend, and will face the unprecedented challenge, will face not only will be the domestic same business's competition, but also will have the international colleague's challenge, the Chinese and foreign enterprise's competition will be in particular more intense, whether will win in the competition, the key will lie in the competitive power. The efficiency is the competitive power centralism manifests, to enhance the feed industry efficiency, is the key against the management risk opening to the outside world, is the basis to impel the profession sustainable development. This paper studies our country feed processing industry region concentration degree, appraisals the productivity and the efficiency and the achievements, to exploration the way to enhance the Chinese feed industry efficiency and the achievements.The paper take the concentration degree and the efficiency as the subject, considering the feed processing industry profession characteristic, with utilization productivity and efficiency theory, industrial economy theory , appraised to the static and dynamic state aspects of the feed processing industry productivity and the efficiency, has studied the relations between the feed processing industry region concentration degree and the achievements and the efficiency, Finally using Panel Data quantitative analysis each kind of factor which influence feed processing industry productivity growth and the enhancing efficiency. This paper researches for the first time the relations between the market centralism and the efficiency from the production profession angle. This paper makes main research conclusion is as follows:We measured, compared and analyzed to various provinces' technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of China feed industry from the static aspect. The conclusions are: It is very great difference to technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of various provinces and regions. The average technical efficiency of east the feed processing industry in China is higher than the west and middle. Looked from various provincial capital areas that, the difference of technical efficiency is bigger to various provincial capital areas of the feed processing industry, the highest provincial capital area differs more than 3 times with lowest provincial capital area its efficiency, moreover the different provincial capital areas technical efficiency is dissimilar from the pure technical efficiency and the scale efficiency influence.We analyzed TFP, technology progress and technical efficiency changes of various provinces and three ranges from the dynamic aspect. The conclusions are: In the overall, the productivity of our country feed industry realized a larger scale growth from 1998-2005 year, the national average TFP rate of increment has achieved 12.1%. The feed industry TFP growth, is the situation in three wide ranges which grows year by year, but displays the opposite condition with the static research, namely west TFP grows quickly, middle is next, the east grows is slowest.Grows from various provincial capital areas productivity looked that, the productivity basically all obtains the varying degree growth in the national various areas,(only to have the Xinjiang area to have drop). Looked from the TFP composing, the TFP rate of increment of the feed processing industry, more origins to technology advancement change, moreover it is different to the composing of TFP grows for different provincial capital area.From the analysis result of the technical efficiency and its the composing to different system of ownership enterprise of the China feed industry to indicate that, In the research time seven kind of systems of ownership technical efficiency value is completely increases year by year, the yearly average efficiency of the stock cooperative enterprise is highest, what is lowest is the state-owned enterprise; The different system of ownership enterprise's pure technical efficiency are same with the technical efficiency, the pure technical efficiency highest system of ownership is the stock cooperative enterprise, what is lowest is the state-owned enterprise. Scale efficiency value is generally higher, the system of ownership of scale efficiency highest is the collective enterprise, what is lowest is the state-owned enterprise.The concentration index of China feed processing industry is lower. In the whole China feed processing industry has presented the certain concentration, but the development tendency of concentration is not obvious. At present, X non- efficiency question in China feed processing industry is mainly that the concentration index is lower. The phenomenon of coexisting the market concentration comparatively lowers with X non-efficiency, is management invalid question to the low concentration industry. The Empirical Analysis indicated that, between the regional concentration and the ability of making a profit exist the stronger correlation dependence.
