After the emergence,Web2.0 technologies is rapidly driving the Chinese Internet users in consumer Web applications. As one of China's pillar industries, it is also possible for automobile industry be bound to choose the network marketing.In such a context, China's auto industry is building the network marketing system now. Is currently in the initial stage, the existing marketing system of the vehicle network can not really play the role of network marketing, all aspects of the design is not perfect. In view of this situation, the article preferred to do a more systematic and detailed study on the auto network marketing system. The author not only deeply analyzed of the characteristics of network marketing, objectively discussed the traditional model and the development of China's auto market, found existed questions and looked forward to the prospects. But also learned from the older generation, made a detailed design of the system for automobile networking marketing and use the asp technology to make the design results into practice. Finally from the view of safety, pointed the prevention program. What's more , including the discussion about the evaluation of the system.
