Reserch On The Safety Pricing Method On Project Amount Inventory Mode

Presently, safety issues have become the bottleneck of China's construction industry development, which brings harm to construction workers, enterprises, and social environment. Construction safety usually causes tremendous economic loss, and these safety problems can always be attributed to the ignorance to construction safety issues and input inadequency. As the most direct producer and participator of construction safety accidents and the main body who pays for the cost of producing and management, construction enterprises should be considered as a direct and effective way to research the construction safety issues. Meanwhile, researching the construction safety from the perspective of project cost enables the construction enterprises and even the whole industry to have a direct and clear understanding of the austere situation and significance of construction safety. The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part mainly introduces this paper's research background, objectives, significance and defines the main content and research methods.The second part introduces and analyses the status quo of safety production and safety management in China. Meanwhile, it points out the austere safety situation in nowadays China and indicates that the inadequency of safety input is one of the major reasons behind it.The third part analyses the project amount inventory model of construction project in China and its deficiency in safety. Moreover, it proposes to consider more construction safety issues on the basis of inventory model and gives the definition and characteristics of safety pricing theory.The forth part begins with the analysis of the pricing model of engineering quantities and the pricing components, and then it goes on to deal with the safety factors which cast influence on the cost engineering. Finally, it proposes a safety pricing method on very particular engineering project and project measurement fee.The fifth part gives suggestions to the application and improvement of safety pricing method in construction project and also points out the flaws and deficiency of the present paper.In a word, this paper addresses the safety pricing method based on project amount inventory systematically and hopes to contribute to the construction safety management and project pricing management in China.
