Study On The Model And Implementation Method Of The Logistics Just-In-Time In Customized Assembly Enterprise Cluster

With the needs of scale expansion, the customized assembly enterprise cluster is composed of the customized assembly enterprises with the same functions in different places. In the traditional assembly enterprise, the Just-In-Time (JIT) model of logistics has been used widely. The delivery model of JIT logistics from remote places is introduced into the customized assembly enterprise cluster, thus, the efficiency of the logistics is improved and the cost is reduced.Firstly, in accordance with the features of customized assembly enterprise cluster, the needs and feasibility of the JIT logistics are analyzed. Aiming at solving the problems of the customized assembly enterprises, such as widely regional distribution, not timely distribution, large inventory, bad distribution management, and so on, the JIT logistics is introduced into the customized assembly enterprise cluster, the idea of JIT logistics is studied and applied in the enterprise cluster and the model of the JIT logistics is established. The management of the customized assembly enterprises in cluster is realized by this model, the logistics system of customized assembly enterprise cluster is managed by the logistics centers, and the JIT distribution of customized assembly enterprise is realized.Then, the realization methods of the model is analyzed, and some methods are proposed to solve the problem of distribution management, quality monitor, fitting tracking and support platform, such as setting reasonable plan of JIT distribution, establishing quality monitor system adapt to JIT distribution, distribution management methods of the fitting in group in batches in determined place, overall tracking management for the fitting, and so on. The overall system can operate more smoothly and the logistics JIT in customized assembly enterprise cluster can be realized by these measures.Finally, based on the features of logistics and the actual needs, the logistics JIT model has been used in Chongqing Huayang Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. and the effect of application is analyzed.
