Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,China has focused on sustainable economic development and achieved remarkable results.The process of scientific and technological development has accelerated,and China has entered a stage of high-quality economic development.Under the development idea of common prosperity as the goal,people’s material life has been greatly improved,residents’ demand for transportation has changed in essence,the demand for traditional passenger transport has decreased significantly,and a large number of emerging passenger transport modes have entered residents’ lives and gained favor.For traditional passenger transport enterprises,Is facing unprecedented survival challenge and crisis.As a traditional local passenger transport enterprise in Chongqing,YY Group should not only assume the livelihood functions of state-owned enterprises,but also compete for survival in the market.Traditional passenger transport has fallen off a cliff,station and yard operation is difficult,and its original main business income has dropped significantly.In order to cope with the impact brought by market changes,fully seize the development opportunity of the digital age of science and technology,further revitalize the existing transportation market and upgrade products,YY Group determined a development strategy with customized transportation business as its main direction through analysis,research and judgment.By referring to PEST analysis,five forces analysis and value chain theory,this paper analyzes the internal and external factors,advantages and disadvantages in the production activities of enterprises,and reveals that the value chain of modern enterprises not only generates the internal activities of enterprises,but also includes the value formed by the upstream and downstream industrial chain and the derivative business forms in the era of digital economy.This article focuses on SWOT analysis of the internal and external environment,advantages and disadvantages of business development,opportunities,threats and challenges faced by customized transportation business.According to the analysis problem,the customized transportation strategy of digital platform management,digital platform marketing and digital platform service is proposed.In the specific implementation,strategic implementation measures are put forward in detail from four aspects: improving the standardization of customized transportation business,in-depth construction and transformation of digital platform,customized marketing of information platform of transportation business and optimization of after-sales feedback mechanism.In terms of strategic guarantee,it is necessary to strengthen the Party building to lead the high-quality development of business,establish information security system and promote the development of culture and technology,so as to ensure the customized transportation business as a key strategy to get sufficient support and maximum development.Based on the industry environment,combined with the prospect of reform,the development of science and technology,social progress,the change of consumer consumption habits on the traditional passenger transport,established a customized transportation strategy of the new business model.The strategy provides a valuable solution for YY Group’s current operating difficulties and the critical period of transformation,and also provides a certain reference for the transformation of other traditional passenger transport enterprises in the region.However,the depth of this study is not enough.For enterprises,the adaptability of customized transportation business strategy needs to be further strengthened,and the extended development of business needs to be further explored to meet the adaptability and business needs of different transportation enterprises.
