With the rapid development of the global industry, the consumption of oil, coal and other ancient solar energy have accelerated very much. Global environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, and how to promote the construction of a clean energy system has become an important issue which affects economic development. Because of the cleaning and huge commercial profits, wind energy has become the preferred source of energy. Wind-power assembly enterprise has gained rapid development because of national support. But due to technological disadvantage, wind-power assembly enterprises earn little profit. Therefore, wind-power assembly enterprise has to change its development model, develop new profit point, which is important for optimizing China's energy structure.According to the status of development of wind power assembly enterprise, this paper proposes a method for wind-power equipment manufacturing enterprises transition to service-manufacturing. Then according to the situation of current stage, this paper establish a service scheduling optimization model.In the first place, combining with the study about service-manufacturing and wind-power assembly enterprise, this paper put forward the transformation method. By studying paper, reading reports and conducting an interview with a wind-power company's leaders, this paper summarized the service which is needed by wind plants. Then, this paper designed a transition path for the company based on the product pervice systems(PSS).In the second place, in the current stage, wind-power assembly enterprise provides maintenance services and spare parts.A strength wind-power assembly enterprise establishes a union with other enterprise. Then, they can build some technical services teams which can provide technical services for wind plants.The union is responsible for collecting service information and arranging the teams' tasks.In the third place, with constrains of service time, spare part transportation time and service capability, a scheduling model was establishes to minimize the service cost. Then, this paper uses genetic algorithm to solve the model and gives a new hybrid coding mentod of genetic algorithm based on the specifics of wind power plants and the service teams.At last, an optimum outcome of the case study is generated by programming in Matlab.
