The Study On Countermeasures To The Sustainable Development Of China's Petrochemical Industry

The sustainable development is one kind of new social development pattern, is the inevitable choice of human society development. The petrochemical industry has the vital status and role in our country national economy. Achieving the sustainable development of petrochemical industry is the requirement of realizing healthy and rapid development of our national economy, is also the objective request of protecting the ecological environment. In recent years, the domestic and foreign scholars have conducted some research on the sustainable development of petrochemical industry, but they are only preliminary explorations, systematic theory has not formed and mature method has not obtained. This situation cannot satisfy the need of sustainable development practice of petrochemical industry. Also such condition is extremely unfavorable to the implementation of our country's sustainable development strategy.This article takes the sustainable development theory as the instruction, studies our country's petrochemical industry sustainable development issue from the meaning of sustainable development. The fourth part, introduces the overseas petrochemical industry's experience of how to achieving sustainable development, and summarizes the enlightenment to our country's petrochemical industry. The last part, proposes the countermeasures to achieve the sustainable development of our country's petrochemical industry, from carrying out resource conservation and comprehensive utilization, improving the global supply of crude oil system, integrating the policy regulation and the legal supervision together, promoting technological innovation, and so on.
