Research On Oil Security And Evaluation Based On The Sustainable Development Theory Of China

Sustainable development is not only a strategy to meet ourselves and offspring's demands, but also a harmony development of people, resource, society, environment and economy. Oil as an important energy, it has great impact on polity, military affairs, security, society, economy and environment.It is directly related to the development of national economy, political stability and national security. In recent years, our country's degree of dependency on external oil rose rapidly, oil price rose quickly and international environment changed greatly. Those factors will have great impact on our country's oil security. Moreover, it will be endanger our economy security. Thereby the research on the oil security and evaluation has important theoretical and practical significance to guarantee our economic stability and sustainable growth.On the basis of sustainable development theory, this paper illustrates the relationship between oil security and sustainable development from several kinds of views and analyzes the intrinsic relationship and influence of oil security to economy, society and environment. On that foundation, it illustrates several very important factors that have great impacts on our oil securiy. The internantional factors including the situation of international oil and gas factor, supply and demand factor, oil price and oil political factor. The national factors including the situation of national oil and gas factor, supply and demand factor, oil import, oil price and environment factor. Then establish the evaluation model to research the oil security. At last, it gives out some viable advances based on sustainable development theory.
