Research On The Evaluation And Strategic Analysis Of Sustainable Competitiveness Of Chinese Steel Listed Companies

Sustainable Competitiveness of enterprises at home and abroad has always been a topic of academic and industry experts of particular concern.Business managers and business owners are thinking about how to do long-term business every day,which all needs support from sustainable competitiveness theory.Therefore,the study of the subject,especially on the accuracy of the evaluation,not only enriched the theory of enterprise competitiveness,but also will play an active role in guiding long-term business development.Based on existing research on enterprise sustainable competitiveness,through detailed analysis of iron and steel enterprises industry characteristics,combined with the current domestic and international economic situation,as well as increasing public environmental awareness,I present the Sustainable Competitiveness evaluation model for steel companies.Collected and analyzed 2012-2014 steelmaker Annual Financial data and social responsibility report data using principal component analysis of the index system of objective assigned weights,and corporate sustainability level of competitiveness score is calculated,then normalized the final results,and received the ranking results among enterprises.Finally,combined companies ranking results,this paper put forward the sustainable development strategy of the iron and steel enterprises from the resource,innovation and responsibility dimensions,at the same time the paper gave a detailed analysis and recommendations.
