Research Of New Product Exploiture Process For F Company Based On The Concurrent Engineering

An important symbol of assessing a company's ability of innovation is how it can rapidly response to the change of the market demand or even the ability to guide the market demand. Nowadays, more and more people realize the importance of the improvement and management in the process of the product development because of the long product development cycles and high cost. As for this reason, an efficient management in the process of product development put an important meaning in improving a company's ability of quick response and enhancing their competitiveness. This article is based on the analysis of the status and trends of the development of product Z in company F, taking the working management during the development of product as our masterstroke, working out a mode and system of management during product's development with a better support for concurrent engineering and good dynamic adaptability. The main contents of the article are as follows: (1) Theoretical foundation of Concurrent Engineering: Mainly introduce the source of the theory of Concurrent Engineering. A brief introduction of how Concurrent Engineering is applied and developed at home and abroad. A systemic and comprehensive understanding of the theoretical content and essence is also given. Bring forward a brief introduction on the precondition and basis of management of Concurrent Engineering. Then give the analysis of the application condition of F company.(2) Reengineering and design of the concurrent engineering-led product development process: Taking idea of Concurrent Engineering as precondition, combined with company F's product structure, organizational characteristics, production type, reconstruct several modules as programming of item establishment, organization management, quality controlment and management of design and production. Optimize and design the working flow inside for different targets with peculiarities of each part. Then contrive a product development process with a universal feasibility for F company.(3) Constitution of the exploiture scheme and the process controlment: Based on the optimizing and reengineering the product exploiture process, constitute working activity scheme with critical path method to distribute various resource in the corporation. And then inspect and the whole process of new product exploiture by bringing in the Earned Value Management to achieve the goal of control the rate of progress, the cost and the quality.
