This article is study medical market the in the rural areas of our country. Firstly, we analyze the features of the medical market in the countryside. And we make some suggestions on the choice of the medical marketing channels using in those areas. Basing on some theories of economics and marketing, we design a model to estimate the performance of the medical marketing channel managements in the rural areas.When competitive advantages of enterprises ,such as product,price and promotion, had lost, the value of marketing channel appears. So we have introduced some correlated general ideas of marketing channel in this article. And we emphasize the middlemen's contributions in the marketing channel. After that, we explain the functional authority and the flow of marketing channel in order to stress its importance.As we all know, our country's policy support the development of our countryside. With the implementation of the system of rural cooperative medical service, the market potential of the countryside opens out. In fact, the proportion of medical consumption is only 4.9%n in the total of medical consumption of our country in the first half of 2007. Even though there have most inhabitants in the rural areas, nearly 70% of the total population in our country. The gap between the litter medical consumption and large member of population appear the lag of the consumptive ideas, but at the other hand, it shows a large opportunity for the medical business. So, the focus of marketing competition is the medical market in our countryside. This article introduce analysis the characteristics of our medical market in rural areas, and analysis the marketing environment。Based on those, we propose some marketing channels for the medical sales in our countryside.There have a large member of researches about channel management in the marketing. We use the theories of those researches to design a model, in order to estimate the performance of the medical marketing channel managements in the countryside.
