Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is a vital part of management system. With the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, human resources management gradually rises to the height of the corporate strategy. Enterprises are concerned about how to promote the performance, and ultimately help achieve their strategic goals by HR performance management. Setting up an effective HR performance management system is very important to implement the strategy for Human Resource management and to improve Management achievement.This thesis summarizes the current situation on research on and development of enterprise human resources performance management at home and abroad. Based on the Human Resource and Performance Management Theory, this thesis mainly introduces the concept and characteristic for Performance and Performance Management and the basic method of Performance Management, discussed the important role of Performance Management played in Human Resource Management. Much comprehensive analysis of the design demand, functional module division and correlative database design for the HR Performance Management System of Yichang HXF Circular Saw Industrial Co.Ltd. is presented in this thesis, which compares the advantages and disadvantages of system architecture technology, and introduces the development environment in detail, simultaneously, gives the information system related security design. This thesis uses the platform of .NET Framework combining SQL Server2000 database and C# programming language, develops a C/S model HR Performance Management System. The application of the system can enhance the quality of high effect and impartiality, and it has a very important meaning on promoting the development of enterprise HR performance management, achieving the information management of enterprise HR performance management,and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. Finally, this thesis gives the deficiency of the design and some following work to do in the future.
