Research And Implementation Of Revenue Assurance For Telecom Operator

With the telecom marketing becomes saturation, the operators grows more slowly than before. They are facing competition, lower pricing and less revenue. So the aid of operator is changed from earning more market share to get more revenue, keep good relationship with their customer, provide better product and service. The change makes the operator to improve their service quality and efficiency, reduce customer lost and research new business.In the background of Chinese mobile operator Business Supporting System, this paper analyzed revenue assurance system. Based on billing system, this paper adopted object oriented method to design and implement a revenue assurance system.This paper also discusses how to integrate a revenue assurance system. At last, we discuss revenue assurance problems of future 3G mobile system.The main job I involved including:(1) Requirement analysis.(2) Business process analysis and find the cause.(3) Studying how to prevent revenue lost.(4) Solution design.
