Market economy encourages full competition. As the main body of market competition, enterprises have to playing a leading role in rapidly-changing market and meeting the market demand in order to win a competitive advantage. However, in a more and more saturating industry, enterprises are facing pressure in increasing revenue, which prompts them to pay more attention to increasing potential revenue by internal management. Besides, revenue assurance management is highly emphasized by enterprises because of revenue loss. With development of telecommunications industry as the background, and revenue assurance management practice of LT Company as the starting point, the study introduces revenue assurance strategies in LT Company, such as business auditing and monitoring. It also illustrates how to explore new source of profit and increase profit, revenues and cash flow by internal management, such as revenuer assurance management, improving data quality.As an important measure to advance meticulous management and fully enhance operation ability, revenue assurance is of great help for enterprises to face challenges and opportunities in competitive market, improve business performance and practice value management. Based on realities of LT Company and the fact that revenue loss is risky, the author discusses measures of business auditing and monitoring in revenue assurance and offers some references on revenue assurance management for related research.
