Projece Management(PM) as a emerging management disciplines,become a main tool serving all kinds of company.PM including external and internal factors,including human and material factors.PM cannot be separated from people,cannot be separated from the project team's motivation,skills,negotiation and so on.Play the role of quality is critical to the success of the project.Communications enterprise-wide business model will allow changes in competition,the internet,sms,wap,such as low-cost,high popularity of personalized customer communications will be widely used.Electronic channels(E-channel) for its convenience,high efficiency,low-cost features will become operational differences to enhance communications of the advantages.Based on the marketing channel theory, the use of project management concepts,the present thesis is aimed to make deep and detailed research on the e-channel of Shandong Branch of China Mobile, and to provide competitive strategy forits development.At the very beginning, the thesis makes study and review on the relative theories of marketing channel and the history of telecom service provider's channel. And then it makes a empirical analysis on the development and present situation of Shandong Branch of China Mobile. The key to success and the main problem is concluded and analyzed accordingly. On the analysis above, the thesis provides the proper aim of e-channel development and strategy to ensure the persistent predominance of Shandong Branch of China Mobile in competition.
