The quality requirement of fixed communication is extremely high. Communication quality problem during the period of the match once happening, what be brought about social influence will be gigantic, and the loss of telecom enterprise will be huge. Face the large-scale communication network engineering construction and varied communication service providing and maintaining job, the quality control of communication engineering, the communication product and communication service becoming a all-important problem.The 29th Olympic Games and the 13th Paralympics are held in Beijing in 2008. CNC provide fixed communication service to the games as fixed communication partner. This thesis takes the Olympic Games' fixed communication service provided by CNC as background, studies the quality control in Olympic communication project. First, the thesis studies the importance of quality control in Olympic communication project. Then, the main body of the quality control theory has carried out systematically, and the knowledge resolving problems about the quality control in Olympic communication project has been studied. And at the last, the thesis catches the quality by using Analytic Hierarchy Process, ascertains the factors that affecting the quality target in Olympic communication project by Systems Theory, realizes all-round quality control in Olympic communication project by Total Quality Management.
