Strategy Research For China Telecom Entire-Business Operations

With a new round telecom restructure completed in china telecommunication industry,six telecom operators has become three entire-business operators by integration,every new operator have fixed network and mobile network resources,and obtain three different formats of third-generation mobile communication licenses. Changes in china telecommunication industry is bound to impact on development of china telecommunication industry deeply. Under the new challange pattern and background of times,china telecom become the biggest fixed-lined operator in the world,my research is how to operate the entire business as a opportunity to achieve a world-class integrated information service provider' s strategic vision.The dissertation will be organized in the five sections.Section one is the whole introduction of background,significance and purpose;section two analyzed the macro economy environment and industry development,and forecast the future development;section three discribes entire-business operation of foreign operators,such as France Telecom,Verizon and KDDI;the fourth part will use SWOT method to analysis the current situation,advantage,shortage,chance and threaten of entire-business operation about china telecom;and the last five section propose the strategy and policy choice of china telecom entire-business operation.
