The Study On The Choice Of Dairy Industry Organization Pattern From The View Of Dairy Famers' Benefit

With the dairy industry organizational model continues to innovate and the industry chain constantly improve, the dairy farmers'revenue grow extremely slow, which greatly limits the development of the dairy industry. As the makers of milk prices, enterprises enjoy monopoly profits in the dairy industrial chain. Milk station is the negotiator of the price, while farmers can only passively accept the price, to become the vulnerable groups. In this paper, through the organizational mode of Huhhot's dairy industry we carry out a qualitative analysis of the interests of dairy farmers, to find out the problems and the reasons in the process of dairy farmers achieve their interests, using AHP methodology analysis the impact factors of the dairy farmers'earnings, and using Rubinstein's Theory to analysis the relationship between the enterprises and the dairy farmers. In this base, we can obtain the path of organizational model of dairy industry. And promote the suggestions which are suitable to develop the dairy industry, so that to promote the dairy industry develop healthily and rapidly in Huhhot city .
