The establishment and development of Chinese Automobile Magazines is in the wide background of accelerated development of the auto industry, overall and lasting improvement of the people's life and increasing of auto consumers in 1990s, which makes the automobile magazines' development stand for flourish of industry economy and fashion of consuming. However, just as the sharp development of the auto industry brings about its own problems, the inflating development of auto industry is also suffered the "bottle neck". Especially for the consummation type automobile magazines, there are many problems from the production to the form of contents and from the advertisement management to establishment of the medium brand. Therefore, at first, this article recalls relative history and combs current development and the related issues, trying to analyze the market competition, characters and the crucial point deeply and systematically at first. Then, it seeks the characters and common points from the analysis of successful case. At last, it discusses the future competition and development strategy of Chinese consummation type automobile magazines in details, in order to function as guidance for the long and healthy development of the automobile magazines.
