After more than ten years of development, fashion magazine has already become an important component of the mass media industry or even the whole culture industry, bringing a vivid image to the society:It creates and disseminates the notion of fashion in the Chinese society, making a record of the passion and courage the Chinese society has demonstrated in following the fashion and meanwhile witnessing the change of Chinese people's consumption concept and way of life. In this way, it pushed china to the global trend and promoted its modernization.This thesis is based on the current condition of china's fashion magazine development and research, the author holds the opinion that now our research into the fashion magazine has to go beyond the surface and touch the mechanism and professionals the industry is relying on.The observance of the mechanism and professionals of the fashion magazine is and indispensible part of the research into features, defects and tendency of the fashion magazine,for the mechanism and professionals determines the level of the industry's development .The management and human resources of china's fashion magazine still falls behind the western countries, which is inconsistent to the gloriole of"the face of china's magazine industry".Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to conduct a research on theoretical analysis, so as to find out the problems in the human resources management of the industry, and analyze the factors hinders the development of the industry.In this way ,I hope to increase the perspectives to the research on fashion magazine on the one hand, and solicit the strategic advises to the HRM of fashion magazine on the other hand, and even make some useful suggestions on the future development of the industry.
