In recent years, the Chinese economic growth is remarkable and it joins with the world economy gradually. As one of the main industries in the world, the automobile industry has matured in the last 100 years. Its market in China has great potential, but is imperfect compared to that of the world. So with many famous automobile companies entering the domestic market, the competition becomes more and more serious. Although the market of importing automobile accounts for very small portion, it plays a special and important role. The Chinese automobile industry development policy relates to the open and limit to the importing automobile market. As the earlist market of importing automobile in china, TianJin binhai international automobile mart is established and develops with the domestic policy and market .The status of Tianjin binhai international automobile mart represent the Chinese importing automobile market. As a result, the research on its developing strategy is very important. This paper presents the background for Tianjin binhai international automobile mart, reviews and analyzes the management status of automobile automotive area in the last two years. The working mechanisms of the importing automobile market in the different circumstances such as national policy district policy and the existence of Tianjin binhai international automobile mart are analyzed. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunity and so on are concluded in this paper. From the quantitative point of view, with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for the exterior and interior factor evaluation matrices, the exterior and interior factors for this enterprise are evaluated. Then with the SWOT method, they are synthesized and the available strategy schemes are put forward and optimized. The early, middle, and long term strategies and advices on its implementing steps are brought forward for Tianjin binhai international automobile mart. The research in this paper will provide beneficial help to the strategy development of Tianjin binhai international automobile mart.
