| Liaoning province is the first built heavy industry base of our country, it was called"Eldest son of the Republic"and"Eastern Ruhr"But with the developing of market-oriented economy, the large number of state-owned enterprise once we were proud of, turned out to be a heavy burden that we can't bear. The Party's sixteenth congress provided some policies to accelerate and adjust the reform of northeastern heavy industry bases. Guided by the policies, the economy of Liaoning province has been developed comparatively quickly. At present, most of the large state-owned enterprises have basically accomplished stock system reform already. But deepen the stock system reform's achievement has still been the priority work to do in the future time.According to the modern corporate governance theories, the arrangement of ownership structure is the foundation stone of corporate governance. Ownership structure affects performance by corporate governance mechanisms. Therefore, we must optimize ownership structure to obtain the superiority of stock system. There are still some problems of the ownership structure in large state-owned enterprise of Liaoning province, for example, the country as the biggest shareholder holding too much stock, which makes the corporate governance mechanisms unable to work effectively and leads to bad effect of the corporate performance.In this article, the data of listed state-owned enterprise in Liaoning province is used to establish the reasonable mathematic model with statistic analysis software-SPSS. The result of the study indicates the State-held share and the enterprise performance has a negative correlation, Z index and the enterprise performance has a positive correlation. That is to say balance mechanism of stockholders will make the large state-owned enterprise in Liaoning province more efficient. Some policy suggestions were raised to establish a reasonable balance mechanism of stockholders. |
