With the improvement of economic globalization and development of information technology, corporations are challenging more and more intense market competition. Their growth will increasingly depend on the specific competition cultivated by high-effective management system.There's no doubt that the whole operating performance of a corporation has to do with its strategy-planning and targets-carrying, but its specific performance has close relationship with staff's work. Currently, performance management system becomes very popular in china. Performance evaluation is a very important factor, but many managers have misunderstood its conception even felt confused by performance evaluation and performance management. They think performance evaluation equals to performance management, and the former is to fill and hand in forms, while the latter is to test the result and target. Usually they ignore the evaluation and feedback for the staff's performance and works when they are working. Some corporations only pay much attention to the result and less one to process; they never take process seriously and never plan to manage the whole process, sometimes they even ignore the basic goal, etc. the above misunderstandings make it difficult to apply the management system effectively."Theory must be combined with practice", holding this principle and with quantitative and Qualitative Methods, this paper is to apply theory to corporations and practice will be guided by theory. This paper not only puts forward that targets of performance management shall be the same as corporation's targets, but it emphasizes effective management system is not designed by leaders separately but shall attract staff to attend and arouse their positive thinking; thus the system will be more reasonable and executive. This system will be very important and significant for corporations to improve their inner managements and realize their strategic targets.Golden-future Company is middle and private one among companies which take research, producing and selling goods as leading positions. It just begins to take shape, researches on high-tech products and has better staff but less effective management. It plays leading role in the business and its performance management system is a representative of many new small or middle companies. This paper gives suggestions for these companies from performance management perspective.
