| Performance management is a very important part of modern human resource management system,and also one of the core contents to improve the work efficiency of all employees.Performance plays a very special role in the long-term development of modern management,and is also one of the eternal topics of enterprise operation and development.Therefore,it is the key point for modern enterprises to obtain industrial competitive advantage and maintain sustainable development to formulate a management system that can be implemented and has remarkable results.Based on this background and demand,this paper chooses the performance management optimization of TB company as the research direction,analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of IT department of TB company,puts forward performance management strategies,helps improve the performance management level of enterprises,and lays the foundation for enterprises to better participate in international competition.In the specific research process,questionnaire survey,interview,case analysis and other methods are mainly used to summarize domestic and foreign research ideas,theories and views on performance management,and guide the practice of this research.Analyze the concept of performance management and the connotation of performance management theory,explore the application of performance management methods,as the basis and tool for TB company’s performance management system analysis,improvement and implementation.At the same time,the current situation of TB company’s performance management system is comprehensively sorted out,the problems existing in the performance management work of TB company and the causes of these problems are summarized,and targeted solutions are proposed.There are two key problems to be solved in the research work.First,how to set up a scientific and feasible performance management system according to the performance management status of TB company.Second,how to ensure the high quality and efficient operation of the performance management system.After research,the conclusion is as follows:First,the incentive theory,objective management theory and social exchange theory are integrated into the performance management of TB company to enhance the subjective status of employees in the construction of performance management system and strengthen the incentive effect;Second,in the process of employee performance management in TB Company,there are problems such as unscientific setting of performance appraisal cycle,inadequate communication between employees and performance appraisal process,and limitations in the use of performance appraisal results.3.Choose KPI method and 360-degree assessment method as performance management tools,optimize the performance assessment process of TB company,set up professional performance assessment team,reasonably design performance assessment cycle,and use performance assessment results from multiple angles and levels;Fourthly,in order to ensure the high quality and efficient operation of the performance management system,the setting is guaranteed from the aspects of system perfection,clear responsibilities,cultural atmosphere creation,staff training,professional management organization design and so on.In the follow-up research,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the setting of enterprise performance appraisal index system and explore the methods of enterprise performance appraisal,so as to realize the quantitative analysis of enterprise performance appraisal. |
