In modern China, with the development of economy, the market environment is becoming more and more complex. It's the man power that drives the organization forward. Man's initiative is thought highly than ever before, and in late development of management theory, employees in enterprises are regarded as capital.Sales staff is the pioneer of a company in the campaign for gain market shares and orders. Their hard working brings the company benefit and development; otherwise the company will lose its benefit source. So, establishing a suitable incentive system absolutely is the key point of successful management for under the system we can motivate the sales' passion and fight, both the individual and the organization have chance to be successful, and the most important thing is we can build an excellent working team with loyalty.JNCT Company is a feed manufacturer growing with feed market from germination to autumn for seventeen years. Nowadays, numerous competitors share the limited market and marketing's effect restricts the rise and fall of an enterprise. But there are problems, such as lack of solidarity, losing of talented salesman, hold back the enterprise from going ahead. It's time to do something to build a united and competitive sales team, and this is the original intention of the thesis.The thesis begins with the introduction of the background, the purpose, the method and the frame of the research, and points out the significance of the research is that it links up theory with practice and be useful for improving practice. According to the analysis of the current incentive system of JNCT Company and the result of employee satisfaction survey, a new incentive system which matches with the company's fact and well adapted to the market environment is built. The research is made by using methods like investigation, qualitative analysis, literature research, description and the experience summarization.There are innovations as shown below: setting up a unique incentive system for sales staff in a given company; paying sufficient attention to the effect of psychological motivation factor and apply the theory to the system; especially raising the item of a certain extent choice for the employees that they can select the welfare more adapted to their needs, and it is useful for the increase of employees satisfaction.The production can be a part of management system of JNCT Company, and it hopes that the thesis is to be helpful to enterprises facing similar problems in feed industry.
