Sales activity is very important part of enterprises daily grind. So weather can effectively motivate sales team or not has become a key factor of company success pursuit. Among all the motivation methods, compensation incentive is the most efficient one. A good compensation incentive system can well prevent the low-efficiency work and high overall wastage rate within company, and can attractive high quality sales join in the company, stay long and be motivated work efficiently of their full capacity. So an efficiency compensation incentive system became a key factor for company to explore their market share and improve its competitive advantage.This thesis is concerned with the compensation incentive system of TSZ company staff. Firstly this thesis uses documentary research, comparative analysis method, survey analysis method to diagnose the problem of existing compensation incentive system. And find out it is lack of fairness, scientificity, and humanism, and not well considered the non-economic reward and incentive compensation awarded. Then base on compensation management theory and incentive theory, using fair principle, competition principle, incentive principle, timeliness principle, difference principle and strategic principle, this thesis do improvement plan of existing compensation incentive system to let them more scientific, efficient and to the point, so the sales people can be better motivated.Regarding the TSZ sales motivation improvement Program, this thesis do proposal like setting up the points accumulation system and the differentiated performance assessment system as well as the gradient commission system, which will help to provide the obey rules for sales people promotion program. The vision of introduce more effective compensation system is to well server its sales people to work active, positive and creative with high satisfaction as well. So in that way, the company target and sales people target can be well combined together and get the win-win best come out. This thesis all research work is focus on TSZ company only, so its conclusion will not fit for widely application, but will be good reference for construction and software industry company.
